The flat bench arrived very quickly but the package was severely damaged and several parts of the bench were cosmetically damaged. I was provided a replacement and it arrived with much less damage, although both benches had insufficient protection to ensure a completely safe delivery. There could be some improvement in how the items are protected during shipping. I am happy with the quality of the bench so I would still recommend the product.
