The product itself is pretty good. The package it came in was not fitted appropriately to the items inside so there were a lot of dings, scratches, and blemishes. I typically don't care too much, but there were so many that it made unboxing a disappointment (rather than excitement).
The second thing I've noticed is the uprights don't stand level — mine were racked hard one way. I started over 3 times and it was all the same. So I took a carpenter square to the L-brackets and realized they were at fault.
