Initially, I tried to place an order multiple times using different payment systems, devices and browsers. However, the process kept resulting in errors. Eventually, my card got charged twice but I did not receive any order confirmation. I could see the order in my account but there were no details available. I had to reach out to the support team for assistance and they were able to reroute one of the orders. However, even after 10 days, I have not received a refund for the extra charge. The ordering process was extremely frustrating and probably the worst experience I have had in the last 10 years of ordering anything online.
