The bench's shopping box arrived extremely damaged and open on both ends. The bench's itself had scratches on one end but it wasn't worth the hassle of asking to exchange it, considering the next box would properly arrive in poor shape. This was a birthday present so obviously, I'm not happy with the "not new" aspect on the product.
Also, your customer service refused to price match this product when I got an email advertising a lower price for it only a week after my purchase. Very disappointing.
