I ordered the short wallmount cable tower. I had a problem with some paint chipping and one part was damage, Titan sent me a whole new mechine and allowed me to keep the old one. The second cable tower had the same part damage but I was able to make it work . Titan fitness I would recommend adding more foam to protect the metal on metal contact during shipping. But Titan customer service was outstanding with how they handled the problem I was having . A big thank you to your customer service team .David.
