I still have NOT receied my barbell that I ordered back on 03/06/24! It failed to arrive with the rest of my shipment even though it was written on the shipping paper work.
I've had to contact multiple times both Titan Support and the Shipping Company to figure out what happened.
Only for Titan to not give me a reason for not shipping my barbell, but telling me to submit a lost claim. I submit a lost claim only to discover the Olympic Barbell I ordered is now on back order until 04/30/24! It wasn't on back order when I ordered it earlier this month.
Disappointed with Titan's Customer Service. This incident wasn't my fault and I expected them to at least expedite my shippment for a product I ordered when it was in stock.
I have a strong feeling I'm still going to have to contact Titan Support when the back order date comes and passes and I still don't have my Barbell.
