Unfortunately Titan dropped the ball on customer service. Ordered 2 dumbell racks, both showed up damaged. Poorly packaged, no effort to eliminate metal on metal contact, basically every piece was scratched up with some areas down to bare metal. Took a week of back and forth over email (no live help for my issue I was told on more than 1 occasion) after a week and pictures sent of product I was offered a 13.56 refund (not even 5%) I eventually was able to speak to someone in sales that had my issue “escalated” at which time I received a phone call same day. In the end the CS agent was very nice and I was offered a 20% refund. I am still not happy about having a gym full of new equipment and the only products that came in with any damage at all was the Titan racks (again very poorly packaged) so I could not (in good conscience) buy or recommend Titan to anyone.
