The item was a 40 lb Bulgarian bag...called a " swing " bag.........the price....service....delivery and product are all top not h and I already have 3 workouts under my belt with re bag. Only one problem...the length of the bag makes it impossible to swing the bag between the legs....otherwise a great product.
