My equipment arrived with parts missing. After spending 35 minutes on hold with your service support team, I was promised that replacement parts would be shipped within a day or two. That was over a week ago and I’ve not received any confirmation that the missing parts have been shipped. Also, your assembly instructions could be easier to follow. The documents do not do a very good job explaining the how and when to use the different nuts and bolts.
I’m now at the limit of my patience and ready to share this information on Yelp and Reddit.
