Your website sucks. I tried ordering the multi grip cambered bar, it’s currently discounted 15%, I got a code this morning with a 20% off code, so I tried using it and error. I called, one of your guys told me that Titan doesn’t send discount codes.. what?! Yes the code is from you. Then he conceded that I got the code from you and said it couldn’t be applied because the item is already discounted. I asked if he could remove the 15% off discount so I could apply my 20% off code. He says no, ‘you’ll just have to wait until it’s no longer on discount’. Lmao, what a joke. I was already on the fence about you guys after watching all the home gym review videos on YouTube. What a lame company.
