The problem here is I called back and sent an email the same day I placed the order wanting to EXCHANGE NOT CANCEL an item because the wrong item was placed in the order. The order did not leave the warehouse until 2 days after that request was made by me in email and over the phone with representative Hazel. Now I have to pay shipping out of my own pocket to return a item I never wanted which has been a horrible experience on my behalf and I will no longer be doing any business with this company because of this experience. I wanted to try and support a local TN company but when the customer service is as bad as it has been it is impossible for me to support. I will be letting others know about my experience with this company and how management has not called me back after I requested to do so and when I receive an email from management they do not even know what actually happen because they won’t take time to speak with the customer. It is a shame.
