The order process was good. The shipping process didn’t go so well. FedEx had one incorrect number on the address and it took 3 phone calls (one from them to me and two from me to them) in order to straighten it out. In the end it took an extra week to receive the product. Not Titans fault, but annoying. I have not been able to assemble and use the bench as of yet.
