Received a Scratch and Dent EZ Grip 45 lb bumper plate with shipping damage.
The bumper plate was gouged with a chunck of rubber missing . The shipping carton was also damaged with the content visible. Called tech support and spoke to Leon. I emailed pics of the carton and damaged bumper plate per his request. After consulting with supervisors he told me there was nothing they would do because it was a scratch and dent item. Very dissappointed because it was obviously shipping damage and Titan should have filed a claim with UPS.
