The unit is nice and of good quality and value. The only concern is the manual or instruction of the installation of the cable system. This unit should have an optional upgrade feature of the track system. It is a little sticky but for the price it works! Also, there seems to be some rubbing of the attachment at the highest point when you pull down for a tricep pull down.
