Shipping and packaging were great, and squat rack is of very high quality-
I ordered a leg curl/extension and unfortunately wasn’t aware I ordered the wrong one(incompatible with my rack). Also unfortunately I assembled all the units and threw out packaging before I realized this, and customer service agent has not gotten back to me about if I can send this one back in exchange for the compatible one, so I might have a very expensive paperweight on my hands
