High quality product but a miship resulted in order being received ~15-days after ordering.
I ordered a 10# slamball, but a "Y Dip Attachment" arrived. Customer service response via email was prompt and courteouse in advising how to handle the incorrect shipment and ensuring a new order processed. Mistakes happen, and my main disappointment stems from them choosing standard shipping when correcting the error instead of sending priority as it was TF's error.
Rating reflects that issue is being cured.
