The Titan weighted vest arrived quickly, after placing the order. The unloaded weight of the vest feels heavy on it's own. This, to me, suggests durability and the vest is well made.
I use the at least 5 times a week mainly for walking. Although, I've briefly experimented using for body weight training. The vest fits well and have yet to find any mobility issues, as of yet.
