Titan Fitness shipped me a 30 lb product that I couldn't use, however on their shipping label it states it is 7 lbs. To return, I would have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee, and pay to ship 30 lbs. Any returns would incur a loss on the consumer's part by Titan Fitness falsifying their shipping weight. Also, they included taxes in the restocking fee, which should be fully refundable. Overall, deceptive product descriptions, inferior manufacturing, and fraudulent shipping practices and return policy.
