Replace the order on April 3. We have had issues with the row machine. We cannot get it to be put together correctly. Pieces are missing and holes are not lining up. We have submitted several service request to The product specialist team. Still have not got a resolution. We have not heard back from them in over a week. We sent him pictures and descriptions of the issues. Would really appreciate a whole new unit being sent out and we can return the one we have, if you can include a return shipping label.
