Start off with our site crashing and telling me my order did not go through. I place the order again to find out that the first order had already gone through. Then spent the next week trying to return the second order. I've just got my shipping labels to return the second item. Still having trouble getting a pick up scheduled with Fedex. They are the worst carrier you could have choosen to work with. The customer service rep was polite and did her best to help. However, I did have trouble understand what she was saying. She has a very strong acent.
