Pros: Product shipped efficiently, came with all parts, was easy to assemble, and has proven very stable. Cons: Product was damaged upon delivery, coating on one of the frame corners was completely scrapped off down to the bare metal, made worse due to the email alert I got after assembling the rack that titan offers discounts on damaged racks....but mine was full price. Additionally, I ordered the x3 flat floor at 91 inches. After install, the product is 92 inches overall. Luckily it still fit in my garage but just barely. I had a previous sqaut rack that was 91 inches, so I knew 91 would work. All listings state the product is 91 inches, not 92.
