Well the package looked ruff when I received it but I was lucky that I had no damages. They should use better packaging materials. It did not come with any instructions, luckily I'm very good putting things together and was able to figure it all out but others might have a hard time getting this thing together. The quality seems to be really good and the price seems decent for what you are getting. Im 5,10 and have no trouble using this machine as others claim.So far I really like this machine
