The bag of hardware (nuts/bolts/washers) broke open during shipping and some of the items were missing from the box when it arrived. This seemed like a small and easy issue to fix, but upon contacting Titan I'm being led around in circles. I was apparently supposed to file a claim through some third party app instead of contacting Titan directly, but no instructions on how to do that were provided with my shipment. By the time I contacted Titan about the problem and received instructions on how to submit a claim I had already disposed of the shipping box. The third party shipping company requires a picture of the box in order to file a claim. I'm now in a place where I may have to dispute the charges through American Express over a couple of nuts and bolts because I'm unable to attach the wheels to this rack which largely degrades its utility.
