We were really impressed by the quality of the equipment! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because we had some issues with delivery. I reached out to the customer service line twice and they were ABSOLUTELY no help. It felt like I was speaking to someone at a call center who had little to no desire to seek a solution. That being said once I requested to speak to a manager, who obviously actually worked AT TITAN, the whole problem was resolved. She was incredibly helpful and understanding.
