Unfortunately, a bad experience. I had a rack (wall mount) from a few years ago and wanted to add a dip attachment. When on website, I chose the dip attachment with specs for a 3x3inch post. I didn’t know what rack I had but I knew it had 3x3 inch posts. It didn’t list the hole size (or pin size) so the other dip bar only listed a post size of 2x3 inch. I knew that wasn’t mine so I ordered the 3x3. Again, it doesn’t list the hole or pin size. When I received, little did I know it was the wrong pin size. It was the 1 inch pin and I needed the 11/16 inch hole size. When I called the representative was unwilling to even understand how this could happen and was all my fault. She couldn’t even understand when the hole/pin size not being listed in the specs was a big deal. I didn’t even know I needed to dig deeper as I had found the one that matched my post size and since no pin size listed to differentiate, I thought I had found one that would fit mine. She would not consider paying to return the product for the correct size. And since the shipping for me to send it is $80…that’s almost the cost of the product. I’m stuck with something that doesn’t fit. I feel like this was more than reasonable to deserve payment for the return to get the correct size. This has to have the correct hole size to help avoid this.
Can you please provide return shipping to correct this?
