Shipped curling bar in a sub standard container, it busted open. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday then Monday, then they couldn't locate it. Tuesday morning I receive an email from UPS, after serval emails and calls, saying "We located your package. I don't know why it wasn't loaded on the truck today but you should receive it Wednesday or you can pick it up today." I went to pick it up not trusting them at this point. The container was totally destroyed and put back together with cardboard from other boxes.
