Terrible service and shipping. It's been over 3 weeks since my original purchase, and still have not received my package. First order was sent to wrong address, and it returned to Titan Fitness, and they tried to charge me a 20% fee for this, but when I pointed out that it was their mistake, they shipped a replacement, but it still has not arrived after more than 10 days.
I'm not sure I will ever buy from Titan Fitness ever again, terrible service, no one replies chats, and emails take to long and no solution is offered.
