First, let me say that I never leave reviews, but under the circumstances, one is necessary this time. I received my order with a missing part. I called Titan and was told by the representative that the part wasn’t in inventory and that I could go and purchase it myself. I found this solution unacceptable and asked for a manager to call me back. I received a call back and was told the same thing, go purchase the part myself and the company would reimburse me for it. Again, I do not understand why it is my responsibility to take my time to track down the part and purchase it myself. Obviously I would not have made the purchase if I was aware that all parts were not included. As a business owner myself I would never tell a customer sorry we sent you an incomplete product, just go ahead and go shopping for the missing part to complete your product. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!
