Hello. The order took the maximum amount of time to arrive. The day after I called to ask why it had not shipped, it then shipped. Alas it did arrive. The package upon arrival did not look in good shape. After opening, the product had several dents, blemishes, and tears underneath the bench. Luckily, I had purchased the “Route” insurance. I filed a damage claim and requested items be replaced, and Route took care of everything. Very pleased with that customer service. I am leaving 4 stars because the bench itself works, although I felt I bought a used product for full price.
