Purchased wall mounted pull-up bar. All in all transaction went well, however was missing a plastic cap piece. Could have lived without it but decided to reach out to customer service. Missing piece was sent to me, so all good. However CS rep made a fairly big deal about this being a one time courtesy and that I will need to purchase shipping insurance in the future. This interaction will make me think twice before purchasing anything of greater significance from Titan. I feel anything damaged or lost during the shipping process is on the seller and wouldn't want to be left holding the bag should any dispute arise.
