My order was completely messed up. Items arrived that I did not order, and the sales person who took my order did not apply the correct quantities to the order. It took me a week to get an invoice emailed to me from my order meanwhile I received tracking notice for almost 30 separate orders which was extremely confusing to follow. It took me 2 full days after requesting a call with a manager when I was told I would receive a call back in 2-4 hours.
The tibialis machine is very poorly designed.
