I received a leg,curl machine that was missing the huge price on the front and it has just been sitting in my garage, half installed. I was given the run around of who to reach out to, finally found the right person and then was told the item is on backorder and still hasn't shipped - has been 3 weeks. Asked if there is any credit or anything given for this and was told no. I have spent over $5000 in total on Titan Garage Gym; very unfortunate.
