Customer support is AWFUL!! Part were missing to assemble the equipment. They refuse to replace necessary parts and directed me to find them locally. They offered to ship replacement parts (marked up extremely high) at MY COST for parts that are normally included. I would rather pay more for a quality product that does not suffer from basic quality control. Huge disappointment, will never buy from again.
