Customer Service needs serious refinement at Titan Fitness. I ordered the X-3 Rack, X-3 Lever Arms and additional weight plate holders for the rack. What I received was just 4 uprights for the rack and not a signal other component. I reached out to customer service who told me to file a claim with the shipper when they never shipped out the additional parts. I came to the conclusion that they shipped out T-3 lever arms and sent me that instead of the X-3 parts. So now the had bunch of parts in my basement that were all useless. After a whole lot of back and fourth with customer service I was finally told that they’re shipping out the parts that they forgot to ship out and they I need to repackage the other lever arms print out a label (don’t have a printer) and lug that 100 pound box back to fedex for them to return. They offered a 10% code (that can’t be used when anything is on sale) for all this hassle. All this for oops here’s 10%. Unacceptable answer to serious issues in this whole order. Also still waiting on my additional parts to be delivered. What a mess
