Love what Titan does. Free shipping, more afforadble, and quality products.
Honestly, the customer service shys me away from being a return buyer. It was easier for me to get Titan products and good support through Amazon than it was working with Titan directly.
I don't want to hold that against their products though. It's good stuff at a very fair price.
