I never received the product, despite Titan fitness insisting that I had. I received several weights from them, but not the 45s, and Titan sent me a delivery photo of another set of my weights with the tracking number blurred out. They provided zero evidence that the product was received. Having purchased over $1000 of equipment from them, I have no reason to lie just to receive $85 worth of products that I didn’t receive.
In their eyes, the customer is always wrong.
