I would give 1 star if I could. Worst possible experience you could ever have with ordering from these clowns. First off I’ve ordered 4 different pieces of gym equipment from them. (And not cheap items) Every piece of equipment has had missing parts, and it takes weeks for them to send the correct parts. Took them 3 different orders just to send the correct parts for my leg extension. I had to go to Home Depot and also order my own replacement parts just to finish building the equipment. Complete waste, just to add the customer service is terrible and it takes multiple calls just to get someone on the phone and not resolve the issue. Very disappointing.
