Titan is a great option for buying various pieces of equipment and rack attachments for a fraction of the cost of its big three competitors (Rogue, Rep, and Bells or Steel) as well as shipping that is already baked into the price.
Most items I have received over the year have been good quality. The shipping has improved dramatically in terms of packing and speed and the customer service and remediation of issues is probably the best out of the big four home gym companies.
Titan is always a company I look at when adding new equipment.
