I will never order from titan again, their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement for a barbell that I never received due to it being damaged in transit. I have been getting the run around sent back and forth between titan customer service and route customer service, I am still trying to have the issue resolved. Save yourself the hassle and order from Rogue.
