I like the rack I purchased for my son. Unfortunately, I didn’t order the right one. He sent me the link for the one he wanted but when it sent it defaulted to the shorter, narrower rack. He was grateful but I could tell he was a little disappointed. I tested the link and when you put in the desired sizes, it defaults to the smaller rack. The rack we have now is fine, but I ordered four plate holders and when you put them on the narrower rack they interfere with his bench press. These are things I learned from using your products. Some could be cured from clearer communication with my son about his Christmas gift but I was trying to surprise him. He never thought there was a chance he’d get it. A statement pointing out that multiple plate holders may interfere with certain lifts, especially on the narrower rack would be appreciated. So far I’m impressed with the quality, but ultimately will be looking to sell the rack to get a bigger rack. I wanted to exchange it, but the shipping costs made that a moot point.
