Titan should really stop email spamming people and prompting them for product reviews, especially when the customer is almost certain to leave a negative review, as in my case. Anyway, I purchased the Plate-Loaded Functional Trainer on January 3rd and the next day I recieved the item. I was thrilled until I noticed the boxes were in tatters and, as I suspected, it was missing a bunch of componenets once I started assembling. I reached out to customer support on January 6th and they acknowledged the missing parts. The communcation with customer support was originally good and I was inclined to hold off on any negative feedback. However, it's now January 15th and I have no replacement parts and no updates from customer support. I just have a half-assembled, not usable piece of gym equipment taking up space. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
