We just recently ordered a plate loaded functional trainer for our facility. I was having trouble checking out online so I called and spoke to a representitive and he made it very easy to make my purchase. The equipment arrived very quickly! The only problem was that it did not come with instructions. After searching online I was able to download them and assemble it.
