The Plate Loaded Functional Trainer looks solid and functional, which makes it a huge disappointment that I can't use it. Upon building the product I was 2 hours into building it when I realized I was missing SEVETEEN PARTS. This is unacceptable. I have tried being patient for weeks, but customer service is so incompetent. Since reporting the issue I have received a couple of the parts I'm missing, and a SLEW of parts that I already had. They keep sending the wrong parts even after giving the exact part numbers I need. Today I received one the most important parts I'm missing, one of the sliding frames (I'm still missing the other), and it was MISSING THE HOLDING PIN, making is useless. I feel completely hopeless and now I'm out almost a $1000. If this is never fixed I will never order from this company again.
