Well the equipment itself is great and putting it together wasn't very difficult. I am extremely disappointed in the lack clear instructions from this company. I would be giving you all five stars but the way you handle instructions needs to improve. You sent me a piece of paper with a website. Firstly this is 2025 you can afford a QR code. Secondly the website that your piece of paper took me to Is overly complex and when I finally found my machine nothing loaded. I tried other links. Nothing loaded. Perhaps this was just my experience with it however this shouldn't happen. Lastly the instructions you sent me through a PDF when I finally got frustrated and reached out to your customer service were in serious need of improvement. They were more schematic than directions. While I did figure it out I believe that you could easily provide more clear instructions in the box. If paper is an issue, I understand. You could have these instructions printed on the inside of the box. Or you could give us a QR code to the PDF file online.
