I have ordered a few products over the past two years and had issues on 3 out of 4 items.
And kind of difficult to resolve.
Recently purchased A plate loaded functional trainer and delivered w damaged box and missing parts .
They did send another unit and things turned out ok but all parts in a complex machine should come together made it difficult .
Also the replacement parts don’t work so we’ll.
Very disappointed might need to junk the unit not sure what to do from here ???
