I purchased the Titan T2 rack with lat pull down attachment and was missing the extra short cable's. After talking to customer service (which did take a lot of back and forth conversation) the issue was resolved and the part delivered. The rack is solid as a rock and the lat pull down attachment is working. Thanks Titan 👍
