A better rating would be no star rating, but I don't have that option. I ordered equipment close to $800.00. The equipment order is then sent by a freight company they work closely with. They send you a text message letting you know to call and schedule your drop off time, which is easy enough. However, the scheduled time we agreed upon was not met. When they missed their window, they send it back requesting that you, the customer, who already paid close to $800.00 for the equipment, should pay another $100.00 plus to have it redelivered. The customer service from both Titan Fitness and the Freight company were extremely rude and did not offer to show any logs stating that they were at my place before the time window expired. This company may be cheap in price, but spare yourself the headache or future negative review write up and go with another company. They do not appreciate their customers, just their wallet. I can garuntee amazon
