Cheap equipment and cheap company.
Titan fitness equipment (and their customer service) is very disappointing. T-3 rack holes are misaligned, welding is atrocious--like a child in a 6th grade welding course made it. Contacted customer service and they had the nerve to request $110 for return shipping. The company is a disgrace and the equipment is cheap. Save your money for Rogue, Rep Fitness, or any other place out there. They are not worth the (even discounted) rate.
