Short Yoke lists 32 washers on the instructions and actually requires 36. Double checked that I didn't use them in places I shouldn't have. Counted the amount of washers being used in the instructions 5 times. 36. Not sure how they messed that uo so badly. You can clearly count 36 being used, while they only list 32 included in the package. Went to write a review on their website. Spent the past 20 minutes searching for a way to write a freaking review. What the heck? I can ask a question (even though the view question button is broken on two different browsers) but not write a review? Can't even buy the washers at Wal-Mart because they're an abnormally large size. Have to drive 20 minutes to the hardware AND I can't even warn anyone on their website. Not going to waste my time with their customer service as I've heard it's garbage.
