I have ordered a few different items from Titan. The items I have received are wonderful. However I find the shipping issues to be beyond what other companies are dealing with at this time. I have seen a few people defend them. I wont argue with you but I will disagree. To take the money when you make the order but not deliver a product isn't right. Allowing a back order is great, but don't take my money right away. I placed my order 3 months ago with an expected shipping date. That date got pushed back a month every time it came. If they couldn't deliver the product then they could have said that. I am now ordering from another company. I could have had my product earlier had they been honest.
